A Domain Is Required
Professional email requires a domain name. You can:

- Transfer an existing domain
- Connect a domain managed elsewhere
Annual Email Business and Email Team packages include one new .co.za domain registration for the first year. Domain renewal is charged from the second year.

Do I need a domain?
Yes. We can register one for you from R99/year or connect the domain you already own.
Can I keep my old emails?
Yes. We migrate mail and contacts from most providers — free on Business and Team plans.
Can I add mailboxes later?
Yes. Add or remove mailboxes from the client area; changes are prorated to your billing cycle.
Is there a mailbox size limit?
Storage is pooled per plan (Lite) or per mailbox (Business and Team). You can buy extra storage in 10 GB blocks.
What about spam?
Every plan includes spam and virus filtering with a quarantine you can review in webmail.
Is this the same as Microsoft 365?
No — this is standard IMAP business email. If you need Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, our IT Support team can set that up instead.
Important information
- A domain is required for professional email.
- Website hosting is not required if you only need email.
- Storage is shared between the package’s mailboxes.
- Domain renewal is charged separately after the promotional first year.
- Device configuration and email migration are separate services.
- Microsoft Office applications are not included.
- Email archiving and long-term backup are not included unless separately purchased.
