Do you repair Apple computers?

Yes, for upgrades, software and data services. Some parts are subject to availability and quoted per model.

How long does a repair take?

Most upgrades and software work are same-day. Parts orders take 2–5 working days.

Is my data safe?

We back up before any work where the drive allows, and treat your data as confidential. Nothing is deleted without your approval.

What if it cannot be fixed?

You pay only the diagnostic. We will advise honestly whether repair or replacement makes sense — and can recommend a replacement from the shop.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Yes. 30 days on workmanship, plus the manufacturer warranty on any parts fitted.

Can you come to my office?

On-site visits in Durban are available through IT Support, quoted per visit.
