What Counts as a Minor Change?
Minor changes include:
- Replacing supplied text
- Replacing an existing image
- Updating contact details
- Changing an existing price
- Updating operating hours
- Correcting a website link
New pages, redesigns, new functionality, large uploads and custom development are quoted separately. Unused support time does not carry over to the following month.
Joining With an Existing Website?
Websites not built or hosted by Redvent may require an initial health check before entering a maintenance plan.
The assessment checks:
- WordPress version
- Active theme and plugins
- Available backups
- Website access
- Obvious errors
- Basic security condition
- Hosting compatibility

Can you maintain a website Redvent did not build?
Yes, after a free health check to confirm access and condition. Most WordPress websites can be taken on immediately.
What if I need more changes than my plan includes?
Extra time is billed in 30-minute blocks, or you can move up a plan for that month.
Is hosting included?
No. Maintenance works with your existing hosting or Redvent hosting. Moving to Redvent hosting is free for maintenance customers.
