Yes. Migrations from most hosts are included on Business and Pro plans, and quoted on Starter.

Upgrade from the client area at any time. The difference is prorated to your billing cycle.

Server locations are stated on your plan at checkout. Support is provided from South Africa.

Card, instant EFT or bank transfer in the client area. Card payments can auto-renew.
