About Course

Email Like a Professional helps you make business email easier to manage and easier for other people to answer. You will start by understanding the difference between your mailbox and the application used to read it, then work through a careful setup and testing routine across devices. From there, the course focuses on clear requests, appropriate recipients and safer file sharing.

The written lessons use ordinary workplace examples rather than complicated writing rules. You will practise a useful subject line, a message with an obvious next step, an attachment check and a polite follow-up. You will also learn why reading a message is not the same as completing its task, and how a simple waiting-for list can prevent missed commitments.

This beginner course is suitable for small-business owners, staff and anyone becoming more confident with everyday correspondence. Use harmless sample messages and do not send training drafts to real customers. Provider-specific settings should always come from your actual email provider or administrator. The estimated 35 minutes covers reading and practical exercises, not videos. By the end, you will have a repeatable routine for sending accurate messages and keeping important conversations moving.
